Description

You will own the build, configuration, and support for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Professional Billing modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and test Epic modules including Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Resolute Professional Billing Claims.
• Serve as the primary support contact for end-users and act as a liaison between user workflows and implementation staff.
• Develop, design, and script solutions to resolve complex application issues and maintenance needs.
• Guide workflow design, system testing, and root cause analysis for claims errors.
• Coordinate project issues, manage timelines, and maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and leadership.

Required Skills

• Current Epic Analyst certifications in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB & Claims) and Professional Billing (PB & Claims).
• 8 years of Health IT experience.
• 5 years of Epic implementation or operations support experience.
• 8 years of experience setting up and testing paper/electronic claims and electronic remittance.
• 8 years of experience investigating upstream and downstream data sources to resolve claims errors.
• 8 years of experience with health plan concepts, workflows, and enterprise systems.
• 8 years of experience with system architecture, troubleshooting, and security protocols.
• 5 years of experience in application development and system integration.
• 5 years of experience with patient and family privacy legal requirements and operational policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Long-Term Care Billing.
