Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of applications for case and program management, with a primary focus on the SNAP App.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications, specifically focusing on the SNAP App.
• Mentor Application, Reports, and Query developers while providing technical advice to the team.
• Collaborate with government clients daily to define technical requirements for new initiatives.
• Implement programming standards to maintain secure, defect-free applications in coordination with QA/QC teams.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues using monitoring and analysis tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, XML, and HTML.
• Experience creating Visio network design drawings and ER diagrams.
• Ability to provide strategic technical advice to management and customers.
• Define developer processes and maintain system documentation.
• Produce user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPEL, PHP, and WebLogic.
• Ability to research and recommend new software tools and technologies.
