Description

You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support marketing automation and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data models and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize customer journeys, email templates, and automation workflows.
• Implement personalized and dynamic content using AMPscript and JavaScript.
• Manage data extensions and develop integrations between Marketing Cloud and external systems.
• Troubleshoot configuration, automation, and integration issues to ensure system performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Proficiency in AMPscript for content personalization.
• Strong SQL skills for data management and segmentation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for extending platform functionality.
• Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and data integration.
• Deep understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and segmentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
