Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation and integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define technical requirements by collaborating with IT, biomedical engineering, facilities, clinical services, and project management teams.
• Analyze system dependencies and guide architecture, compatibility, and integration across multiple platforms.
• Support the planning, design, development, and enhancement of healthcare IT systems in clinical settings.
• Perform feasibility analyses for technical initiatives and present recommendations to leadership.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to interoperability, informatics, and healthcare data exchange.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical or healthcare IT role.
• Experience designing and developing software or major system enhancements in a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, interoperability, and multi-platform environments.
• Experience working with healthcare data systems and understanding clinical workflows.
• Ability to manage complex technical assignments independently from initiation through completion.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
