You will lead large-scale IT programs and drive technical resilience strategies across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large IT programs requiring coordination across multiple technical sections and organizational divisions.
• Supervise team members and delegate tasks to ensure program execution.
• Develop a BCDR implementation strategy in coordination with the Information Management Division.
• Implement an Enterprise Architecture tool focusing on critical applications and dependency management.
• Provide stakeholder communications, status reports, and risk escalations to project sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing large-scale IT programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of TOGAF.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and program ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, unusual technical issues.
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations under ambiguity with limited data.
• Experience managing project health, identifying roadblocks, and communicating risks.

Preferred Skills

• CBCP certification.
• TOGAF 10.0.
• Consulting experience.
