Description

You will provide onsite technical support and helpdesk services within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy computers using automated systems for hardware refresh projects.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during initial hardware rollouts.
• Perform hardware upgrades including disk, memory, network, and video components.
• Execute Tier 2 helpdesk duties and fulfill hardware/software requests.
• Install and maintain PC hardware and software while supporting users onsite and remotely.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technical support experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and higher.
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking services including DHCP and DNS.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Understanding of basic security principles.
• Ability to physically move workstations and monitors.
• Ability to pass VA CJIS level 4 training and background check.
