You will own the technical support and stewardship of core integration platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for legacy .NET (PEEF) and Microsoft BizTalk platforms, ensuring stability.
• Perform day-to-day support, incident response, and administration for the systems.
• Serve as the legacy SME for the Boomi migration team, identifying candidates for migration.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks for the legacy systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Proactively learn and prepare to take on support responsibilities for the Dell Boomi integration platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft BizTalk Server administration and development (schemas, maps, adapters).
• Hands-on experience with .NET development and the Microsoft stack.
• Expertise in SQL Server management and querying.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents independently.
• Experience documenting technical support processes and runbooks.
• Aptitude for learning new integration platforms, specifically Dell Boomi.
