Description

You provide onsite technical support for an enterprise environment, focusing on helpdesk operations and system deployment. You own the lifecycle of hardware and software requests, ensuring smooth user experiences across Windows and Office 365 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during computer refresh projects using automated deployment systems.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware including disk, memory, network, and video components.
• Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 environments for staff and customers.
• Perform Tier 2 helpdesk duties, addressing complex hardware and software requests.
• Provide remote and onsite technical assistance while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
• Advanced proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and higher operating systems.
• Expertise in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of standard networking services: DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and print servers.
• Hands-on experience with PC hardware deployment, service, and physical upgrades.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30lbs for workstation setup.
• Pass VA CJIS Level 4 training and background check.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of basic security principles in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with automated deployment tools for large-scale hardware refreshes.
