Description

You will provide agency-specific end-user technical support across the Richmond District.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Manage problem resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Provide direct technical support for desktop and wireless devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience supporting MS Teams.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting wireless devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
