Description

You will serve as the first line of support, investigating and resolving customer support tickets through deep technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues using Postman and SOAP UI to validate Java API functionality.
• Investigate system logs and metrics using Logz, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within ServiceNow.
• Analyze data within Snowflake databases and monitor AWS EC2 instances.
• Communicate technical resolutions clearly to both internal teams and customers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with Logz and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency with Snowflake database and AWS EC2.
• Experience using CloudWatch for monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience managing workflows in ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot Java APIs using Postman or SOAP UI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge within the telecom or wireless sectors.
