Description

You will diagnose, implement, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network products. You will resolve technical issues via on-site or remote access using specialized diagnostic tools. You will lead teams working on technical specifications and procedures. You will analyze operational problems, investigate solutions, and initiate corrective actions. You will plan and oversee the implementation of hardware, software, and network components. You will maintain security standards and support servers, telecommunications, and database systems. You will record, report, and manage technical status updates. You will teach and assist staff and users with technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems remotely or on-site.
• Lead and coordinate teams on technical specifications and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT environments.
• Proficiency in server support and telecommunications support.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to record, report, and manage technical status updates.
• Experience teaching and assisting staff with technical issues.
