Description

You will provide on-site field support to customers, handling the installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and upgrade customer hardware and equipment to ensure operational quality.
• Investigate and resolve complex installation and maintenance issues.
• Instruct customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their systems.
• Act as a technical and administrative liaison for assigned projects.
• Analyze system problem trends and prepare detailed reports on issues.
• Troubleshoot user accounts and refer complex issues to appropriate service areas for follow-up.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or field services.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Experience managing or troubleshooting Azure environments.
• Working knowledge of SCCM.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN connections.
• Ability to perform on-site hardware maintenance and repairs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
