Description

You will provide technical assistance and ticket management for agency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Route and resolve VITA support tickets to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Research and communicate technical details between agency personnel and technical resources.
• Escalate high-impact tickets to the VITA help desk.
• Troubleshoot issues related to user identity management, end-user devices, and network connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Help Desk experience.
• User Identity Management.
• Networking knowledge.
• PC hardware and troubleshooting.
• MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI skills.
