Description

You will provide hardware, software, and network support to ensure system availability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and configure computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Repair voice and video network issues and manage IP telecommunications systems.
• Manage ticket workflows, including escalating unresolved issues and documenting inquiry statuses.
• Maintain hardware inventory and perform recovery testing following system outages.
• Implement operating system enhancements and recommend system modifications to reduce recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support and customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Apple hardware and operating systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking switches and data networks.
• Experience with IP telecommunications and Audio Visual systems.
• Competency in mobile device management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across diverse hardware and software environments.

Preferred Skills

• A+ certification or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused field.
