Description

You will provide technical support and hardware assistance to end-users across the organization in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users at all levels through clear and effective communication.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Perform local travel for on-site support as required.
• Handle physical hardware tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record for mandatory local driving.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of macOS and iOS device management.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
