Description

You will provide computer information systems support via phone, email, and in-person at customer workstations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and direct help desk tickets, including weekly reviews of outstanding issues.
• Install and troubleshoot PCs, printers, iPhones, and software.
• Perform network connectivity troubleshooting and desktop hardware or OS support.
• Conduct daily inspections of the server room and data closet.
• Manage backup tape rotation, network jack activations, and printer maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Active Directory in a multiple Domain network environment.
• Hands-on experience with desktop hardware and operating system support.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and phone/multimedia systems.
• Ability to perform hardware installations for PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience managing physical infrastructure tasks like data closet inspections and network jack activation.
• Ability to provide basic customer training on phone operations.
