Description

You will act as the primary technical owner for legacy .NET and Microsoft BizTalk platforms while supporting the transition to Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability and availability of legacy .NET (PEEF) and Microsoft BizTalk platforms.
• Manage day-to-day support, incident response, and minor configuration changes including schemas, maps, and ports.
• Serve as the legacy subject matter expert for the Boomi migration team to identify workflows for migration.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and support documentation for legacy systems.
• Learn and prepare to support the Dell Boomi integration platform as it is implemented.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft BizTalk Server administration and development (schemas, maps, adapters).
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack, specifically .NET and SQL Server.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or system administration.
• Proven ability to document support processes and maintain technical runbooks.
• Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert.
• Aptitude for learning new integration platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Dell Boomi.
