Description

You will manage technology needs for essential staff and provide priority resolution for reported technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the response and resolution of customer issues reported via telephone, email, in-person, or support tickets.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate inventory and support records.
• Coordinate with service providers, manufacturers, and contractors to resolve productivity-impacting issues.
• Produce verbal and written status reports for high-profile issues.
• Create system and support documentation and provide backup scheduling support to Post Production Engineering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
• Strong networking knowledge with an emphasis on TCP/IP protocol.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SAP, SCCM, and Cisco VoIP.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport computer equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation for onsite requirements.
