Description

You will provide technical support to field staff and manage device technology within the Staunton District.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot phone, network, and desktop hardware and software issues.
• Monitor help desk queues and manage the cleanup of aging tickets.
• Manage the IT Knowledge Base by reviewing and updating support articles.
• Respond to assistance requests via phone and email.
• Escalate complex problems and communicate resolutions to end users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support.
• Expertise in Windows and Microsoft Desktop products.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Teams.
• Experience using Gmail and remote support tools.
• Hands-on experience with help request tracking tools.
• Proven ability to administer desktops.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide problem management and timely issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of computer and mobile device applications in an enterprise environment.
• Experience creating training documentation.
