Description

You will provide technical support and systems administration for end-users and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and administer Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft O365, and various commercial business software.
  • Configure and support Android and Apple mobile devices.
  • Manage email application administration, including Google Suite, PST files, and distribution lists.
  • Resolve connectivity issues within Ethernet-based LAN/WAN environments.
  • Maintain IT inventory, manage ticketing systems, and document technical solutions.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and repetitive motion such as bending and climbing.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System, Microsoft O365, Google Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with McAfee Anti-Virus Software.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN environments.
  • Expertise in Google Suite administration and email troubleshooting.
  • Experience with analog and digital phone configuration.
  • Understanding of Network and IT security principles.
  • Ability to create clear, easy-to-understand technical documentation.
