Description

• Provide blended support via Call, Email, and Chat for global enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketo and CRM integrations.
• Analyze customer-side implementations and identify root causes of technical issues.
• Read, understand, and troubleshoot code/configurations effectively.
• Support marketing automation processes and campaigns within Marketo.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo Support and Marketing Automation.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• GCIP certification/knowledge preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
