You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for global enterprise customers, focusing on Marketo and CRM integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide blended support via call, email, and chat for global enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketo and CRM integrations.
• Analyze customer-side implementations to identify root causes of technical issues.
• Read, understand, and troubleshoot code and configurations effectively.
• Support marketing automation processes and campaigns within Marketo.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo Support and Marketing Automation.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Preferred Skills

• GCIP certification or knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge.
