You will provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and access requirements in Burgess Hill, UK.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve computer issues, including password resets and data permissions.
• Deploy new laptops by applying company images and configuring end-user hardware.
• Provide AV support for conference rooms and assist with Digital Workplace tools.
• Document and update all incidents within ServiceNow.
• Train customers on EUC tools and collaborate with the team to share technical knowledge.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Active Directory management.
• Knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
• Incident Management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Understanding of Network Operations.
• Any Graduate degree.
