Description

You will diagnose, implement, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems for clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues via on-site or remote access using diagnostic tools.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of network components, storage, and communication systems.
• Administer remote application and file servers, network operating systems, and LANs.
• Enforce security standards and develop quality assurance protocols for IT operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, network, and storage systems.
• Proficiency in managing communication systems and switches.
• Knowledge of security standards and implementation.
• Experience with cabling and physical network infrastructure.
• Ability to document technical solutions, processes, and operational procedures.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with users, management, and vendors.
