Description

You will resolve complex implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues for end-users while owning the maintenance of user productivity through advanced technical support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced technical issues related to configuration, security, maintenance, and usage monitoring.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders regarding technical problems impacting operations.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, technical procedures, and training documentation.
• Manage data inventory for advanced issues using tracking systems in accordance with established policies.
• Determine issue severity and escalate unresolved problems through appropriate channels.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of professional work experience.
• At least two years of direct technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting implementation, control, and security configurations.
• Ability to document technical procedures and training materials.
• Knowledge of Information Technology and Information Security policies.
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS skills and experience.
