Description

You diagnose and fix complex analytics implementation issues for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex analytics implementation issues across multiple platforms.
• Manage data insertion, reporting, and database operations using SQL.
• Implement and maintain tag management solutions and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Support clients with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
• Quantify business problems using statistical analysis on large datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or client service roles.
• Deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Perl, and Web 2.0.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and API integration.
• Experience with tag management tools and web services (SOAP, REST).
• Practical understanding of jQuery, AngularJS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (Campaign, AEP, Target, Analytics).
• Experience with digital marketing, CRO, and digital analytics.
• Familiarity with Tealium, Salesforce, or Pega.
