Description

You will provide first-line IT support and infrastructure administration to resolve hardware and software issues for staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and document technical issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld devices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support requests by categorizing and prioritizing tickets within a customer ticketing system.
• Perform system administration tasks including reimaging hard drives, backing up settings, and managing user accounts.
• Execute hardware upgrades, asset inventory, and equipment deployment to support infrastructure projects.
• Train and orient staff on the use of company hardware and software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related IT field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications.
• Hands-on experience with desktops, workstations, notebooks, and printers.
• Administrative experience with MS Active Directory, including users, groups, and policies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook calendar management and Exchange functional accounts.
• Foundational knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to provide on-site support from 08:00 to 17:00 and participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with remote PC control and video conferencing technologies.
• Experience managing or leading geographically and culturally diverse teams.
