Coordinate basic technical support functions for Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application installations on Windows machines.
• Configure standard CPU and laptop Windows system settings.
• Perform basic hardware and software application troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant technical support experience.
• Proficiency in Customer Service.
• Familiarity with Installation procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Networking and LAN concepts.
• Experience with system Patching.
• Strong general Troubleshooting skills.
