Description

You will provide technical support and SharePoint administration for users in Culpeper, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including managing permissions and customizing items.
• Manage SharePoint page lifecycles by viewing, adding, updating, deleting, and approving content.
• Deliver technical training and education through hands-on classes, online sessions, and workshops.
• Support remote meeting technologies including MS Teams and Google Meets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• Extensive experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Working knowledge of VTC technologies and remote meeting software like MS Teams and Google Meets.
• Proven ability to design and manage SharePoint views and permissions.
• Experience teaching best practices for technology utilization to end users.
• Any Graduate degree.
