Good to Have Skills: WebRTC understanding, C#, Java, Python, React.js, experience working with distributed teams across geographic locations and time zones, advanced time management skills, ability to work under pressure, developing troubleshooting workflows while following standard processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Use strong technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Work with customers' and partners' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex problems with costly consequences.
• Leverage experience with troubleshooting and resolving Quality of Service issues in technical environments.
• Collaborate with teammates and Product Engineering teams via Slack and file JIRAs to report reproducible bugs.
• Review internal knowledge to stay current on industry shifts and standards in technical support.
• Assist manager in process improvements by surfacing customer pain points to improve overall processes.
• Support customers on holidays to ensure that customer needs are met consistently throughout the year.

Experience Required: 2+ years of Technical Support Experience or similar relevant experience with Full-Stack JavaScript capabilities and server-side code troubleshooting experience
