You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer environments to conduct thorough testing.
• Manage and resolve electronic tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware components.
• Liaise between sales, customer success, and customers to resolve technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for software and hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
