Description

You will manage technical support for enterprise customers and partners, ensuring software licensing, integrations, and server environments operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and manage support tickets while adhering to strict SLA requirements.
• Perform server installations, system refreshes, and manage software license generation and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and integrate enterprise tools including Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex problems to advanced technical teams.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in technical support or customer support engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Office integrations.
• Proficiency in managing Salesforce integrations and enterprise software platforms.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and CloudBees environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for web-based applications and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of software licensing management and server installation procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting the Agiloft platform or similar enterprise software.
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based product support environments.
