Description

You will own L2 technical support responsibilities ensuring IT service continuity and stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide network and telecommunication services for internal and external customers.
• Deliver IT support and troubleshoot network, desktop, and infrastructure issues per service levels.
• Maintain and monitor the global desktop computing environment.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and changes within agreed timelines.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and MCSA.
• Good knowledge of networking and telecommunication systems, including CCNA.
• Familiarity with ITSM Processes.
• ITIL certification.
• Any Graduate education.
