Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for ConnectMaster desktop software.

Responsibilities

  • Debug unexpected behavior, fix small bugs, and assist support agents.
  • Conduct remote sessions and web meetings with customers and partners independently.
  • Document issues, solutions, and create customer-facing HelpCenter articles.
  • Report bugs and user stories to the core development team and participate in defect fixes.
  • Optimize Oracle PL/SQL database queries and provide guidance on product documentation.

Required Skills

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in technical support or L2 support roles.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, WinForms, and DevExpress.
  • Experience implementing and integrating REST and SOAP Web Services APIs.
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Spatial Database.
  • Ability to work with desktop software on older technology stacks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Professional English communication skills for interacting with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in the telecommunications software sector.
