Description

You will provide technical support for enterprise software solutions, troubleshooting issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software issues on Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Support enterprise software solutions in a team environment.
• Manage a diverse workload while maintaining professional conduct.
• Apply analytical skills to navigate challenging customer situations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software on Windows and/or Mac.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and DNS networking concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL database technology.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and PHP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• General cultural awareness when supporting international customers.
