Description

Provide end-to-end support for IBM Sterling Managed File Transfer incidents, ensuring service availability and resolving production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot file transfer and partner connectivity issues across SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and Connect:Direct.
• Configure and support IBM Sterling B2B, Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP).
• Develop and maintain BPML scripts for workflow automation.
• Perform diagnostics and resolve production incidents using SQL and Linux/Unix/Windows environments.
• Document technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to support operational activities.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in IBM Sterling Managed File Transfer (MFT) support.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B, SFG, and SSP.
• Proficiency in BPML development and automation.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and Connect:Direct.
• Experience with PGP/GPG encryption and SQL-based troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or BigPanda.
