Description

You will provide IT support and implement end-user systems within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
• Manage systems using PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks.
• Support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Domains.
• Troubleshoot desktop and server hardware, focusing on performance optimization.
• Maintain VOIP, SIP video conferencing, and MDM/MAM solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT support.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Ability to manage high-touch requests from C-Level executives.
• Strong technical documentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for night and weekend on-call work and light travel.

Preferred Skills

• Programming or scripting experience with Python or C.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/Docker, specifically RHEL and CentOS.
