Description

You will provide technical support for an active trading environment, focusing on deploying and sustaining systems and applications used by end-users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
• Support applications, desktops, and scripts throughout their entire lifecycles.
• Manage high-touch requests from C-Level executives.
• Optimize desktop and server hardware performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a highly available infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressive experience providing IT support and implementing end-user systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for system management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Domains.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Experience supporting VOIP, SIP video conferencing, and MDM/MAM solutions.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and utilize ticketing systems.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for night and weekend on-call work and light travel.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with Python.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Docker, and RHEL/CentOS.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
