Description

You will provide technical support for an active trading environment, managing applications, desktops, and scripts throughout their lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
• Deploy and sustain systems and applications directly utilized by end-users.
• Support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Domains.
• Utilize PowerShell for the management of systems.
• Manage desktop and server hardware, including performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressive experience providing IT support and implementing end-user systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience supporting VOIP, SIP video conferencing, and MDM/MAM solutions.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Ability to support Docker environments.
• Experience using JIRA for ticketing and task management.
• Physical ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for night and weekend on-call work and light travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux, RHEL, or CentOS.
• Experience with Windows Deployment Services or System Center Configuration Manager.
