Description

Provide technical support for an active trading environment, managing applications, desktops, and scripts throughout their lifecycles. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools. Deploy and sustain systems and applications directly utilized by end-users.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Domains.
• Utilize PowerShell for the management of systems and desktop/server hardware performance optimization.
• Support VOIP, SIP video conferencing, and MDM/MAM solutions.
• Manage ticketing and task management using JIRA.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying computer equipment up to 50 lbs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressive experience providing IT support and implementing end-user systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Ability to support Docker environments.
• Availability for night and weekend on-call work and light travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux, RHEL, or CentOS.
• Experience with Windows Deployment Services or System Center Configuration Manager.
