Description

Provide high-level technical support for complex computer systems, software applications, and networked environments. Act as the first responder for platform users and administrators to resolve technical inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving LDAP, Active Directory, Email, Web Services, and Network connectivity.
• Perform detailed analysis of data to pinpoint the root causes of technical issues.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex problems and achieve technical objectives.
• Develop deep functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Web Services including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with JavaScript and scripting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases.
• Solid understanding of Networking fundamentals.
• Foundational understanding of SSO, authentication, email protocols, and servers.
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego twice weekly.
