You will manage network operations and provide technical support for a sensitive production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data center routing, switching, and operational tasks.
• Deploy and implement networking hardware and configurations.
• Execute production cutovers following formal change management processes.
• Maintain high-availability systems to ensure uptime.
• Provide Level 1 support for Windows Operating Systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS.
• Proficiency in network routing and switching.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with Windows Operating System support.
• Proven ability to manage formal change management processes during cutovers.
• Experience maintaining high-availability systems.
