You will provide in-depth technical support for Ivanti SaaS and on-premises platforms, resolving complex customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and analyze root causes for client/server communications, SSL/TLS, networking, and MDM issues.
Set up and maintain test environments to replicate reported problems.
Develop and author Knowledge Base articles to support customer self-service.
Advise customers on secure network communications, including SSL/TLS protocols and certificate management.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience troubleshooting enterprise systems (DNS, Networking, Firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, Load Balancers, ActiveSync, Microsoft server technologies).
Hands-on expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), specifically with Apple iOS and Android Enterprise.
