Description

You will provide technical assistance and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network troubleshooting issues.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly through verbal and written channels.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate channels when required.
  • Document customer queries and technical resolutions in detail.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation using MS Office tools.

Required Skills

  • Basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Sound knowledge of core technical concepts.
  • B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, or MCA degree.
  • Any Graduate degree.
