You will provide technical support focused on network and firewall troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, configure, and test basic to intermediate network and firewall settings.
- Resolve connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, UDP, and OSI Layer protocols.
- Manage router switching and remote access to network hardware.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly through written and verbal channels.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience in technical support or networking.
- Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols.
- Understanding of the OSI Layer model.
- Experience with router switching and remote router access.
- Ability to perform network and firewall troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- CCNA, JNCIA, NOKIA NRS, or Fortinet NSE 4 certifications.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
