Description

You will provide technical support focused on network and firewall troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, configure, and test basic to intermediate network and firewall settings.
  • Resolve connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, UDP, and OSI Layer protocols.
  • Manage router switching and remote access to network hardware.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in technical support or networking.
  • Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols.
  • Understanding of the OSI Layer model.
  • Experience with router switching and remote router access.
  • Ability to perform network and firewall troubleshooting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • CCNA, JNCIA, NOKIA NRS, or Fortinet NSE 4 certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.

Education

Any Graduate
