Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical support roles, ensuring efficient talent acquisition workflows across rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify qualified technical support candidates.
• Conduct interviewing processes to assess candidate suitability and technical alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline talent acquisition workflows and hiring timelines.
• Manage talent management and employee relations tasks throughout the onboarding and retention phases.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or human resources.
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Knowledge of talent management processes and employee relations best practices.
• Competency in Human Resources (HR) operations and candidate assessment.
• Ability to work effectively in rotational shift environments.
• Experience utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support cross-functional hiring goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically within BPO or tech voice environments.
