Roles & Responsibilities:
- Control and manage the configuration of Actisure across multiple environments
- Liaise with partner departments and fulfill their setup requirements efficiently
- Document and maintain comprehensive configuration processes for system stability
- Assist and provide expert advice for testing functionality and process changes
- Advise staff and departments of new processes and provide training where necessary
- Assist in resolution of production support issues via ServiceNow ticketing system
- Escalate issues to third parties where necessary via partner ticketing systems
- Investigate systems' ability to administer new products, processes, and business requirements
- Set up, control, and manage batch jobs for overnight processing operations
- Take part in business projects where Actisure is an integral component
- Create and maintain Actisure output documents for business operations
- Perform acceptance testing and user acceptance testing for Actisure releases
- Investigate integration issues from Actisure to other platforms and systems
- Conduct pricing reviews by updating Actisure twice yearly and investigating pricing anomalies
- Create and run SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting purposes
- Attend and participate in daily stand-ups, retrospective meetings, and PI planning events
- Keep user stories and tasks updated in JIRA for project tracking
- Use Azure DevOps to promote Actisure releases through environments from DEV to Production
Experience Required: 5+ years' work experience in technical/application/production support. Planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Incident management experience required. Proficiency in PC applications including Word and Excel. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
