Description

You will provide technical assistance and hardware/software troubleshooting for end-users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network components.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
• Document all support activities, configurations, and solutions accurately.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a networking background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Outlook 365 configuration and support expertise.
• Knowledge of LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of routing and switching concepts.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Any Graduate degree in a computer-related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
