Description

You will manage vendor enablement, technical troubleshooting, and process optimization to support seller tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues across seller tools and triage bugs to engineering teams.
• Manage vendor enablement functions including training, documentation, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Global Product Leads and Program Managers to provide actionable feedback for product enhancement.
• Drive performance accountability to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Identify and implement scalable, efficient, and accurate workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and execution.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex problems clearly.
• Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Global Product Leads and Program Managers.
• Ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
