Description

You will provide technical oversight and administrative support for global technology philanthropy and pro bono initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical reviews of project scopes, delivery timelines, and partnership agreements for pro bono engagements.
• Manage the administration and customization of the team’s Salesforce instance.
• Drive the migration of relevant code to open-source via GitHub processes.
• Provide technical support for Codeathons for Good, including vendor product integrations and scoping technical challenges for nonprofit partners.
• Identify opportunities for technical automation and risk mitigation within global program initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python or an equivalent programming language.
• Experience with Git and Cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Experience administering and customizing Salesforce.
• Ability to synthesize and explain complex technical problems to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with global, virtual teams.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification and advanced Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience with GitHub and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in French.
